• Click → Forms from shortcuts
• Click → 941 Form
• Read import information
• Click → OK
• Click → Change Quarter
• Select correct quarter
• Click → Print
• Select Schedule B (Form 941)
• Click → OK
• Select Printer
• Click → OK
