  • Go to File → Open Company.
  • Select the company you want to open.
  • Click → OK
  • Go to → Tools
  • Click → Generate Direct Deposit File
  • Fill in information
  • Click → OK
  • Go to Employees
  • Select Employee to Set up Direct Deposit
  • Click next till Direct Deposit appears
  • Fill in information
  • Click → Finish
