How to Make an Employee Inactive

This tutorial shows how to make an employee inactive in our payroll software.

  • Go to File → Open Company.
  • Select the company you want to open.
  • Click → OK
  • Click → Employees
  • Select an employee from the list and click edit.
  • In the modify employee wizard go to general information.
  • Check the box that says “inactive”
  • Click next until you finish the wizard.
