How to Delete an Employee

This tutorial shows how to delete an Employee inside Payroll Mate. Note that if this employee has checks inside Payroll Mate the checks will need to be deleted first.

  • Go to File → Open Company.
  • Select the company you want to open.
  • Click → OK
  • Select Employees.
  • Click on the Employee you want to Delete.
  • Click → Delete in the toolbar.
  • Delete Employee Message will pop up click → OK
  • The employee should no longer show up in the employee list.
