How to Pay Multiple Employees

 This Payroll Mate tutorial shows how to pay multiple employees at once instead of creating one paycheck at a time.

  • Go to File → Open Company.
  • Select the company you want to open.
  • Click → OK
  • Select Employees.
  • Click → Pay Multiple Employees from the toolbar.
  • Check Details screen will show up.
  • Fill in check information for first employee.
  • Click → Create Check & Go to Next Employee
  • Repeat this process until you create checks for all employees.
  • Once done a screen will appear with the number of checks you created.
  • Select → OK
